WRIST FLEXION (FOREARM) STRETCH

WRIST FLEXION STRETCH TECHNIQUE

  • HOW TO:

    1. Sitting up tall in your chair with your shoulders back and down.

    2. Place one arm straight in front of your body with your palm facing down and your fingers facing up.

    3. Drop your wrist, allowing it to become weak.

    4. Using your other hand, bend your wrist by applying gentle pressure, on the back of the hand, pulling the hand and fingers towards the elbow. Ensure you maintain a straight am throughout the stretch.

    5. Hold for the set time and repeat on the opposite side.
