DELIVERY
More Life Health ships goods Australia wide with Australia Post and Internationally using courier service Sendle.
All bands are sent from Sydney, Australia.
AUSTRALIA:
FREE deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post and can arrive within 14 business days from your date of order, not including weekend or public holidays.
NEW ZEALAND:
New Zealand deliveries are made through Sendle and can arrive within 15 business days, not including weekend or public holidays.
Please be sure to indicate your correct shipping address or your package will not be delivered. Please ensure there will be someone to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will require an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL
Our premium international delivery service is provided by Sendle and offers door-to-door delivery of your order with tracking and signature on delivery.
Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 6 weeks to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas may take longer (see Table A below). Unfortunately, Sendle are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a street address for your home or workplace.

CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY
Any order outside of Australia may incur a customs or import duty fee. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar and US Dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 30 days from the date of receiving the order, and they must be in original condition.
Email us at support@morelifehealth.com. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund. Please include your original order number and name in the parcel.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.
