DELIVERY
More Life Health ships products Australia-wide with Australia Post and internationally using the courier service Sendle.
All bands are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
AUSTRALIA
Free delivery within Australia is provided by Australia Post and can take up to 14 business days from the date of your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
NEW ZEALAND
Deliveries to New Zealand are made through Sendle and can arrive within 15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address, as packages cannot be delivered without it. Ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery, as any requests for a second delivery will incur an additional fee.
INTERNATIONAL
Our premium international delivery service is provided by Sendle, offering door-to-door delivery with tracking and signature upon delivery.
Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 6 weeks to most major metropolitan areas worldwide. However, deliveries to rural areas may take longer (see Table A below). Unfortunately, Sendle is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address for your home or workplace.

CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY
Any order outside of Australia may incur customs or import duty fees, which will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that all product prices listed and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar and US Dollar currency. All prices include GST, as well as any applicable taxes and duties.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@morelifehealth.com. Be sure to include the reason for the return, whether you would like an exchange or refund, and your original order number and name in the parcel.

Once the items are received, they will undergo a quality review. If cleared, you will either receive a replacement (for exchanges) or a refund for the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) to the credit card used for the purchase. You will be notified by email once this process is complete.
