SHOULDER PRESS-UP EXERCISE TECHNIQUE
Sitting up tall in your chair with your shoulders back and down.
Place your hands up towards your shoulders with your palms facing out.
Now lift your hands up above your head as far as you can go and then slowly lift them back down to the start position.
Ensure you don’t arch your back and repeat for the set repetitions.
