NECK ROTATIONS

NECK ROTATIONS TECHNIQUE

HOW TO:

  • Sitting up tall in your chair with your shoulders back and down.

  • Maintaining this upright posture slowly look to one side as far as comfortable.

  • Slowly return back to the start position and ensure you maintain that upright posture throughout.

  • Repeat for the set repetitions and change sides.
