SEATED HIP FLEXION EXERCISE
HIP FLEXION EXERCISE TECHNIQUE
Sitting up tall in you chair with your shoulders back and down.
Lift one leg up, keeping the knee bent.
Hold briefly and slowly lower it back to the ground.
Repeat for the set repetitions and change legs.
