HIP FLEXION EXERCISE TECHNIQUE

  • Sitting up tall in you chair with your shoulders back and down.

  • Lift one leg up, keeping the knee bent.

  • Hold briefly and slowly lower it back to the ground.

  • Repeat for the set repetitions and change legs.
